With the addition of Joanne Nosuchinsky as a permanent guest on Red Eye with Greg Gutfeld, I decided to create a paper bobblehead of her. I also took the opportunity to update Greg and Andy. Click the pic to download your own:

I gave Greg a set of the new bobbles. Despite was his facial expression is showing – he seemed to be very pleased to get a new set. I didn’t realize that Dana Perino was going to be at the event we saw Greg at, otherwise I would have made a bobble of her as well… Dana Perino, Greg Gutfeld & Us

After finding a vintage Fisher Price castle at a thrift store, I decided to compare it to more modern FP castles… just for fun. Have a look: Dragon vs. Dragon

troopin' at the science museum

Frank and I took our Jawa & Sandtrooper out troopin’ today. This was the first time for him ever, and the first time for me in like 8 years. He was such a good Jawa, being very friendly to the little kids coming up to him wanting pictures. (normally he despises other kids).

We were there for nearly 4 hours and we’re both VERY sore and tired. I discovered a few things I need to fix on my trooper (more padding in the shoulder!) and a couple things I need to fix on his Jawa, but overall it was pretty successful.

We also met a lot of great 501st members. I was a member years ago, but back then there was very little local activity. It’s refreshing to see that the community is now quite lively and involved. I’m looking forward to doing more events soon!
